Welcome to A.Nicholls Plastering. My name is Ashley Nicholls, I’m from Cambridge who has been plastering from the age of 18. I cover all aspects of modern and traditional plastering, including skimming, float & set, rendering, tacking, sticking, floor screeding and coving.
I mainly cover Bedfordshire, Cambridge and Hertfordshire. I solely work alone or with a labourer but can call upon various qualified and experienced plasterers if the project in hand needs to be done quickly. I take pride in my work and enjoy seeing how a job is transformed after it has been plastered. I am very professional and always leave a clean, tidy work area.
Work history
I started in the trade at the age of 18 as a labourer for a local plasterer. I went on to learn every aspect of plastering and gained a good reputation from a young age. I started working by myself for a small conservatory company when I was 21 and also sub contracted on site for companies such as Kier Group, Bovis Homes and Hills Partnership. Since then I have worked mainly on domestic projects ranging from small extensions to plastering complete new builds, inside and out and laying floors. I am also happy to undertake insurance work.
